Custom Beef Orders

The price of beef continues to rise across Ontario. Ordering a side or quarter of beef is a smart way to lock in value while stocking your freezer with local, high-quality, dry-aged beef for the year ahead.

When you order from us, our butchers guide you through every step. Your beef is custom cut and vacuum-packed to your preferences, you choose the steaks and roasts you want, the portion sizes, and how much ground and stewing beef you’d like.

Pricing (January 2026)

$6.99/lb — Quarter of beef (front, hind, or mixed)
$6.89/lb — Side of beef

Please note that pricing is based on

hanging weight:

Quarter: 175–225 lb
Side: 350–450 lb

After processing, you can expect to take home approximately 70–75% of the hanging weight.
